Volume Lock Premium subscription help

Manage an annual Premium subscription purchased through Google Play.

Manage or cancel

Use Google Play to manage or cancel Volume Lock Premium. Uninstalling Volume Lock or clearing app data does not cancel a subscription.

If Google Play offered a seven-day free trial and you started it, cancel before the trial ends to avoid conversion to the paid annual subscription. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop the next annual charge. The current localized price, eligibility, and renewal terms are the terms shown by Google Play.

Restore Premium

Volume Lock has no separate account. Restore starts with completed purchases returned for the current Google Play account on the device. The app sends purchase evidence to the Volume Lock entitlement service and grants Premium only after server verification succeeds.

If restore does not find your subscription, confirm that Google Play is signed into the account that owns it, that the subscription appears in Google Play, and that Play services and network access are available. Then reopen Volume Lock and use the restore or retry action shown in Settings.

Subscription states

  • Pending purchase: Premium is not granted until Google Play reports completion and server verification succeeds.
  • Grace period: Access may continue while Google Play retries a failed renewal.
  • Account hold or payment issue: Premium may be unavailable until the verified Google Play state recovers.
  • Canceled but active: Access normally continues until the verified paid expiry.
  • Expired: Premium remains unavailable until a new active purchase is verified.
  • Refund or revocation: Access may end immediately when Google Play reports the change.

Refunds

Request cancellations and refunds through Google Play. Volume Lock does not operate a separate payment or refund channel. Where applicable law or a Google support process requires developer action, an approved refund is completed only through Google Play Console or the Google Play Developer API.

Contact support

Email support with your device model, app version, approximate purchase time, and the subscription state visible in Google Play. Support may ask for a GPA.* order ID to locate a transaction.

Never send a Google password, authentication code, payment-card number, bank information, or Google Play purchase token.
